Sealed bids for the construction of the Uptown Northbound Roadway Improvements Project (SIM 1B) will be received by the Public Works Department, located at 102 Roadrunner Drive, Sedona, Arizona, until 2:00 P.M. local time, July 27, 2023. At that time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Echo Conference Room. Bidders are invited, but not required, to be present at the bid opening.
PROJECT: Uptown Northbound Roadway Improvements Project
DESCRIPTION: Construction of roadway improvements to the northbound lanes of State Route 89A from north of the roundabout intersection of State Route 179 to south of the intersection with Jordan Road. The Project is approximately 1,400 feet in length and includes some demolition, median modifications, new flexible pavement, concrete curbing, retaining walls, shared-use path, signage, landscaping, irrigation facilities, and drainage facilities modifications.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE: Pre-bid conference (mandatory) will be held on July 13, 2023 at 2:00 pm. at City of Sedona, Vultee Conference Room, 102 Roadrunner Drive, Sedona AZ.
