The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the Show Low Decorative Fence Installation at Show Low Meadow and McKay Park, City of Show Low Project No. FM-6924 & 7024, in the City of Show Low. The work includes, but not necessarily limited to, construction of approximately 560 linear feet of decorative fence at the south end of the Show Low Meadow and approximately 600 linear feet of decorative fence at McKay Park. Both projects are located in the City of Show Low. The work also includes one 20 foot wide decorative double swing vehicular gate at the Show Low Meadow site. Construction will include furnishing all labor and equipment for a complete project per the plans and specifications. The City of Show Low will provide steel pipe, steel posts and caps, gabion baskets, and filler rock for baskets. The contractor shall provide concrete for post holes and gabion basket pads.

Sealed Bids will be received by the Engineering Project Manager, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 until Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 2:00 P.M., with a Public Bid Opening immediately following. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on March 7, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. at the City Hall, 180 N. 9th Street. Written Questions only shall be accepted until end of business Friday, March 8, 2024.
