The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the Show Low

Communications Facility Renovations City of Show Low Project No.FM-2023 in

the City of Show Low, more specifically located at 150 N 6th Street. Work includes, but

is not necessarily limited to removing existing interior elements including partition walls,

electrical, plumbing, doors, windows, flooring, and installing new walls, doors, windows,

restrooms, millwork, finishes, signage, electrical and data wiring mechanical,

appliances, appurtenances, and all incidentals to provide a complete and operable

facility.

Sealed Bids will be received by the Engineering Department, City of Show Low, 180 N.

9th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 until Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at 4:00 P.M.,

with a Public Bid Opening immediately following. The City of Show Low reserves the

right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best

interest of the City. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday,

January, 26, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. at the City Hall, 180 N. 9th Street, Show Low, AZ.

Contract Documents and Bid Instructions, Plans and Project Manual may be
