Airport Hangar Infrastructure

City of Show Low Project No. A-1723 2.0

The project is located near the easterly end of Commerce Way at the Show Low Regional Airport in the City of Show Low. The work includes, but not necessarily limited to, grading, paving, water main extension, installation of water services, installation of a sewer lift station, sewer main and services, installation of sewer force main, extending conduit and electrical power services, all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals to provide a complete project. Plans and specifications are available for download with the Bid Documents on the City website showlowaz.gov. Paper copies of the Bid Documents are also available at Show Low city Hall 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ for a $25 fee. The City will provide permits at no charge to the contractor.

Sealed Bids will be received by the Engineering Department, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 until Wednesday, May 10 at 2:00 PM, The City of Show Low reserves the right to select the bid that best suits the City’s needs and may modify the Scope of Work. The City of Show Low also reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not deemed in the best interest of the City. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, April 20, at 2:00 PM at City Hall, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ.

Bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. The outside lower right-hand corner of the envelope shall be marked:
