Fools Hollow Waterline Replacement Phase 1

The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the Fools Hollow Waterline Replacement Phase 1, City of Show Low Project No. W-0523. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to Installing approximately 6,500 LF of new 8” C-900 PVC waterline including fire hydrants, new water services and required fittings. The scope of work also includes installing any concrete or pavement removed during the work. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. The work shall take place in the Fools Hollow Subdivision along North 22 ^nd Drive, West Willis, West Savage, North 26 ^th Drive, West Sylvester and North 27 ^th Drive in Show Low Arizona.

Sealed Bids will be received by the City Engineer, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 until Tuesday March 21 ^st , 2023 at 2:00 P.M., with a Public Bid Opening immediately following. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City. A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday March 2 ^nd 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at City Hall, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ.

Contract Documents and Bid Instructions may be obtained from the City Hall Administrative Assistant at $20.00 per set, non-refundable. Interested parties should contact the City Hall Administrative Assistant, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 (928) 532-4000.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. The outside lower right-hand corner of the envelope shall be marked:
