Pertinent Information : (READ THOROUGHLY)

• The City of Tempe will be using our new project management software, PMWeb, for the application submittal process this year.

• We will be procuring for twenty (20) disciplines.
• You will need to request access to the On-Call Consultant Procurement project in PMWeb, by registering though our website (click here) . Once you complete the form and submit you will receive an email from PMWeb containing your login credentials. (within 2 business days).
• A PowerPoint has been provided as a training guide for the application process. Please follow the instructions.
• General questions will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., October 13, 2023. All questions will be answered on an individual basis and responded to (in most cases) within 2 business days. Please send all questions to consultant_support@tempe.gov
• For technical assistance, please contact PMWeb_Admin@tempe.gov or call 480-350-8253.
• Please DO NOT wait until the last minute to submit your applications. The City is not responsible for any technical issues with submittals. Please allow for enough time to trouble shoot before the deadline if any issues come up.
• You will need to complete an application for EACH discipline you are applying for. If you want to apply to be on different lists, you will need to fill out multiple applications. They cannot be copied.
• Please do not attach any documents, resumes or references to the application as they will not be reviewed as part of the evaluation. Although there is an "ATTACHMENTS" tab, it is just a standard feature within the program and is not being utilized for this process.
• Once your application is submitted you are unable to go back in and make changes . Please do a final review before submitting each application.
