The Contractor shall provide all materials and services necessary to sand, clean, prime, and paint

the Town of Chino Valley Aquatic Center window frames, door frames, doors, building corbels,

and canopy posts, beams, and trusses, currently painted “yellow,” and 42-inch and 6-feet tall metal

fence in accordance with the scope of work and plans attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated

herein by reference (the “Services”).
