The District is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) services for the preconstruction and construction phases for post-wildfire flood mitigation in the neighborhoods of Wupatki Trails and Brandis Way in the Timberline Area. The selected Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) contractor will work with Coconino County Flood Control District (District) staff, Civiltec Engineering and additional stakeholders towards a successful completion of the project’s design and construction. It is the County’s desire to engage the CMAR during the conceptual design phase and it is expected that the selected firm will work closely with the engineering team during the design and construction phase.
