The scope of work for this project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures and services required for the placement of a CRS-2P 3/8” chip seal and a fog seal coat on Kirkland Hillside Road and Outer Loop Road. The project length of Kirkland Hillside Road and Outer Loop Road are 15.8 and 5.2 centerline miles. Total estimated quantity of area to receive a CRS-2P 3/8” chip seal is approximately 333,419 square yards. The total quantity of fog seal coat is estimated at 33,342 gallons. Re-establishing of existing paint striping and markings, where applicable, is also included in this contract and as specified on the plans. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.

There has been a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 13, 2023, hosted by Yavapai County Public Works through an online virtual meeting portal. Detailed meeting instructions will be included in the contract documents. Any questions or concerns about the project will be addressed at that time.
