This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for providing and installing WHITE vinyl reflective number decals on school external doors that allow access into the school, classroom windows and other identified areas.
All work is to be completed by June 30, 2024 and may begin when a notice of award is provided to the successful vendor.
Bid forms are available online at https://lrsd.ionwave.net. Interested bidders must register at this site to download bid forms and submit a bid electronically. This is the
preferred
method of submission.

EVALUATION CRITERIA AND AWARD
The contract will be awarded to the vendor who submits the most responsible, responsive offer complying with the instructions specified within.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formalities or technicality in any proposal should such be deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner.
The proposed costs, fee or expense, will weigh heavily in the award of any resulting contract but will not necessarily be the determining factor.
The District intends to review all proposals.
The District intends to award a single contract for all products/services.
The District will utilize but not be limited to the following criteria in reviewing proposals received.
