Additional Information

The City of Phoenix is seeking offers from qualified consultants to provide financial literacy training and coaching to participants enrolled in programs administered by the Human Services Department Education and Business and Workforce Development Divisions. The Agreement will commence on or about February 1, 2023, for a five-year period. Through this solicitation, the City will create a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) of qualified Offerors in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained in this solicitation.
