QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE, THE SCOPE OF WORK AND SPECIFICATIONS: Submit ALL questions in writing via the “Discussion Forum” tab in APP. Per page one of the IFB document, questions must be submitted in writing via the “Discussion Forum” tab in APP. Questions and inquiries emailed directly to the Procurement Officer or the Project Manager will not receive a response. Contractors may not submit inquiries to the project manager. No calls allowed .

Bid Due Date shall REMAIN the same: 3:00 P.M. (AZ Time), November 21, 2022.

Change Scope of Work and Answer(s) to the Discussion Forum question(s) included in this Solicitation Amendment .

Please be advised, if your company already submitted a bid and attachments in a previous round of the above listed solicitation, the bid MUST be resubmitted in the current round to have your company considered in the bidding process of this project. Failure to do so would negate previous submission and the bid submitted would not be reviewed.

2 ^nd Papago Park Military Reservation - 11:00 AM on November 8, 2022
3 ^rd Camp Navajo - 9:00 AM on November 9, 2022
4 ^th Silverbell Army Heliport - 9:00 AM on November 10, 2022

No other site visits will be allowed or authorized.

Onsite attendance is MANDATORY for all potential Offerors. The purpose of this inspection is for the visual evaluation of the required bid ask and familiarization with the facilities prior to submitting a bid.  All potential bidders are encouraged to attend.
