Florence 10:00 A.M. (AZ TIME), February 17, 2021 at Florence Military Reservation, 25181 N. Hwy 79, Florence, AZ, 85132.

Onsite attendance is MANDATORY for all potential Offerors. The purpose of this inspection is for the visual evaluation of the required bid ask and familiarization with the facilities prior to submitting a bid. All potential bidders are encouraged to attend. No other site visits will be allowed or authorized.

All personnel entering the base must be processed through the security gate for access approval. You will need to bring your Driver’s License and proof of insurance on the vehicle.

Prior to entering the installation all attendees MUST go through a MANDITORY medical screening, 3 questions and a temperature check.

EVERYONE MUST WEAR A MASK OR FACE COVERING THAT COVERS MOUTH AND NOSE WHILE ON THE INSTALLATION.
