The Arizona Department of Administration, State Procurement Office (the State), as authorized under A.R.S. § 41-2501 is seeking to establish one or more “statewide” contracts to provide the State’s Audio Visual and Presentation, New Equipment, Maintenance and Support Services.
The State anticipates awarding contract(s) with the intent to secure service coverage statewide. Whether or not it actually enters into any contracts, how many contracts it enters into, and how the work is awarded between those contracts are all at the State’s discretion. Furthermore, the State will use any awarded contracts on an as-needed basis, with no guarantee as to its actual spending under them.  The Previous solicitation and contract set name was Audio Visual Equipment and Services and has been changed under this new solicitation to Professional-Broadcast Audio Video and Presentation, New Equipment, Maintenance and Support Services
