The City of San Luis is seeking cost proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors to replace flooring at the San Luis Cultural Center (SLCC). The facility is located at 1015 N Main St. in San Luis, Arizona.
Background: The San Luis Cultural Center has most of its floor from the original construction. The City of San Luis recommends installing new flooring in most of the facility due to normal wear and tear and tile’s life deterioration. Flooring sections will be detailed in scope.
