The City of Phoenix (City) invites sealed offers from qualified contractors to provide carpet and floor covering products design and installation services at various locations throughout Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), Deer Valley Airport (DVT), Goodyear Airport (GYR), and their owned and maintained properties, collectively “Airports”, for a five-year period commencing on or about March 1, 2023, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the “Effective Date” which is upon award by the City Council, conditioned on signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later.
